And, a few days later, look what arrives in the mail! The envelope had no return address and was postmarked Indianapolis, Indiana (although Mr. Herritage told me he was in Michigan in his second email). The check is from a business in Texas, signed by John Williams and marked "payroll". It's for $2150.75 over the selling price of the tricycle, and this will no doubt be the amount I'm supposed to wire to someone.


My objective is to get as many of these checks as possible. I will await his next message in which he will ask if I received the check yet, to which I will say "no".
